Phase 1

Phase 1 involves the identification of opportunities and the selection of best practices and suitable partners across Europe for effective consulting in the realm of European research collaboration. Each month, we conduct two workshops: the first focuses on mapping up-to-date strategic opportunities, aiming to identify and outline potential areas for innovation and collaboration within the context of Horizon Europe funding; the second workshop is dedicated to developing a clear roadmap for each strategic opportunity identified, complete with actionable steps.

Phase 2

Phase 2 transitions into the elaboration of the collaboration concept, where we facilitate the crafting of robust collaboration frameworks for European research collaboration. This phase includes consulting on negotiations and logistical arrangements with European partners. We draft a detailed business and partnership plan in a comprehensive manner to meet the rigorous requirements of Horizon Europe funding, including the allocation of resources across all partner entities to foster innovation in the space sector.
